January 2nd

Today the girls and I stayed home...it was a brisk, sunny day...just barely reached 40 degrees in direct sunlight. We did venture out though...we needed it!!!

About half-way home she was tired of riding her trike...good thing we have the sit'n'stand stroller :)

New Years Resolution

My resolution this year is to be more patient. I find that by the end of a work day I come home and take my lack of patience out on my family and I don't like the person I become. I am going to strive to be a better mom, wife and friend through this. I need to keep my voice more calm and take more deep breaths. I need to keep in mind Brynn is just trying to learn as much as she can about the world and determine which limits she can/can't test. I love her to pieces, but boy does she know how to push my buttons :)

I addition to this, I want to try and blog more. I am going to try and post at least a picture a day if not a small post about how our life is going...I cannot believe how fast time is going and Blakes will be 9 months in just 7 days....what has happened to my infant?!?! I am loving all of the stages she is going through and enjoy watching her new discoveries daily, but I am already missing my tiny baby. (no it is not time for another....luckily I know lots of people with little ones on the way so there are many places I can go to get my little baby fix) :)

Happy New Year Everyone!!! Here is to a WONDERFUL 2013!!!!!! (the first year since 1987 there is not one repeating number in the year...a small fact my sis-n-law informed me of last night) :)

Update...

I haven't blogged in FOREVER! My life went from dreamy (being a stay-at-home mommy of 2 wonderful littles) to hectic (being a working mommy with 2 wonderful littles in which one doesn't sleep).

Does anyone else wonder what it would be like to wear a skin tight Olympic gymnast uniform or a swim cap like Ryan Lochte?! Because I do! I want to know how tight these 2 items really feel because looking at them on the T.V. they look like part of the skin!! Anyways..random ponder.
