Guinness

So with our move, we had to find a temporary home for our cat Guinness...Kelly said "no cats". Luckily, Jerret's parents were willing to take Guinness in for the time being. Jerret and I brought her over a little over a week ago, and Brynn was not with us when we did this. So Brynn hadn't seen her in almost 2 weeks. This evening, Brynn went over to Gramkacky's house (Jerret's moms) and she was sooo excited because she would get to see Guinness. She was asking me on the way home from school "mom can I hold her?" "Mom can I can pet her?" and boy was she excited when we walked into their house tonight and she saw her. Guinness was a bit frightened but Brynn wanted EVERYTHING to do with her. (Brynn has always loved that cat...waaaaay more than I have). Elliot was trying to pet her and Brynn was running after him and saying "no that's my kitty." "She's my kitty!" It was kinda funny because she was so possessive of her. I feel bad we can't have her here with us, just for the sake of Brynn but really it is for the best, as she would spend many lonely days in an unfamiliar house. At least Jer's parents have a cat too...so Guinness has a play buddy. :) They weren't too friendly at first, however, I have heard they are getting along better now :)
