Well Brynn is now 5 months old! She turned 5 months on Friday. However, I need to take her 5 month pic today because we were in California on Friday and I decided it wouldn't be a good idea to lug the big bear just to get a picture (even though I the thought did cross my mind) Brynn and I went to California with my mom to visit grandpa Mark, Polly, Julie, Uncle Bud, Aunt Marva and Tyler. We left Thursday and came home Monday night. It was a nice visit. The weather was pretty mild which was a nice change since we have been in the 90's plus lately here! On Friday I began to get an itchy throat and it just stayed that and a cough basically but now it seems to be getting a little worse....plus I passed it along to both Brynn and mom. Brynn has been CRANKY at night the past 2 nights. On monday night we stayed at my moms cause our flight came in late and she would not sleep unless she was laying on me. Then last night she was SOO tired so Jerret got her to sleep so we laid her down and that lasted about 10 min. So i got her up and gave her some tylenol and she hung out for a bit then we could tell she was super tired around 11 so we tried putting her to bed...didn't work! I was up until 12:15 with her...she would cry so I put her in the swing...she cried...put her in the exersaucer....cried....butterfly activity mat...cry....changing table (she loves this by the way)...then I decided I would try putting her in crib. She lasted there a bit. I lost the orajel somewhere on our trip so I need to by new...so I let her suck on ice chips and she went through 3 of them...then I rocked her and she fell asleep! It was a chore. Jerret kept getting up to help but he had to be up and out the door around 7ish so I told him I could deal with her. :) She ended up sleeping with us because I was afraid to leave her in her room alone with her stuffy nose and not feeling well. I hope she feels better today. She is still sleeping...

great pictures, she's changing so fast. Looking forward to the bear pic, too. Hope you'll all be better soon. Half our tennis team is down with the flu and we have our huge rival match this afternoon. I figure we'll be going down.... oh well, we'll save our ringers for regionals :) p.s. our hair is the same length now, yours looks way better, haha. love to everyone g
