4 month well baby check up
Yesterday Brynn had her 4 month check-up even though she is a little over 4 months. She weighs 15 lbs 7 oz (80th percentile) and is 26 1/2 inches long (over the 95th percentile). Her head circumference is in the 50th percentile. The doctor said she is thriving well on breastmilk. The doctor also commented on her strength. When she grabbed her hands to test her arm strength she put her feet down and stood up (she does this ALL the time with Jerret and me). She is anxious to be able to move around on her own :) Brynn is also beginning to teeth. The doc said her gums are looking thicker down on the bottom. She has been drooling non-stop so we weren't surprised by this. The doctor said we could start giving her rice cereal but I am going to hold off a little longer. SHe is getting plenty to eat just with milk at this point.

haha, I am NOT surprised about the height percentile thing! I always knew when Meredith was getting a tooth because along with all the drooling, she got diaper rash. That was a weird thing, but at least we knew what was up! thank goodness for Desenex :) Hers always came in pairs, too. Looking forward to more pictures!! love you
p.s. I'll bet she'll be one of those nine month old babies who is ready to walk!!
Anna just asked me today if I thought she would be walking before she is one. I said I don't know. We got her an exersaucer today because she LOVES to stand. This way she can stand and play and not always have to lay down or sit or be held. It gives her more possibilities. She likes it for about 10 minutes and then I think her legs begin to get tired. I will post some pics tomorrow.
