39 1/2 week check

Just 2 days shy of being 40 weeks...still 3 cm and 50% effaced and head placement is still -1. Dr. vigorously stripped my membrane today and said it could take 24 hours for anything to happen. We have a scheduled induction for Tuesday if Little Miss does not make her debut by then. I am sure hoping she does...I am not looking forward to pitocin again...She also said the baby felt like a mid 7 lb baby, but with my long torso, it can sometimes be tricky to guesstimate the size. Little Miss' heart rate was in the 150's today. I was a bit nervous about this because for the past couple of days she hasn't been moving a lot like she has been. I know this is probably because there is less and less room for her to move around but it still makes me kinda nervous. Anyhow, I will update when I know more until then lots of walking, red raspberry leaf tea and waiting...
