Sleeping

Just like I am exhausted each night as I hit the hay around 8:30 (when I really wish I could go to bed at 7), Brynn is tired too. Yesterday on our way home from school she told me "mom, me tired" When we were sitting down to eat dinner she also told me she was tired. So VERY soon after (Jer wasn't even done eating his dinner yet) we put Jammies on her and for some reason that gave her a new spark of energy. Another 1/2 hour rolled around and we had to "force" (not real force was used, but she didn't want to) her to go to bed. (Okay so I should have used the word insisted...but oh well) Anyhoo, we went through our nightly routine, she yelled for me only 2 times last night (once was to change her pajamas and the second time was to cover her up AGAIN) I am excited she likes to be covered up with a blanket now. This will make going to a BIG GIRL bed more fun cause we can pick out fun sheets and a new blanket. Just over the past 2 or so weeks she has wanted to be covered. Prior it was "No blankie". But after I changed her jammies I never heard a peep from her again! This girl L.O.V.E.S. her sleep. She is not the happiest of campers when I go in her room at 6 to get her up. Yesterday she fell asleep on the way to school and on the weekends she will sleep 12-13 hours a night during the week days she averages about 10 hours...PLUS she gets a 2 or so hour nap each day!! She has always been a pretty good sleeper. I wish I could sleep as much as her! I need it!

Here are some pics of my precious sleeping...these weren't last night but one night last week when I thought it was oh-so-adorable how she had her hands tucked in...
