What's on the Menu?

So I know it is now Monday of the next week...my "What's on the Menu?" blog went real far...:) Actually I do have a legitimate excuse....I had to get the house ready and myself packed for a weekend in California in which I had to leave my house @ 4:45 a.m. Friday morning...

So back to that busy Thursday night...I knew I was going to be out of town which means, who knows what Jerret was going to be eating...well I knew..Panda Express. So I wanted to make something at least half-way decent...

Menu:

Chicken sauteed w. garlic

Mashed Potatoes w/ gravy

Corn

Sauteed Kale w/ spinach

We don't have potatoes every single night just an FYI :) It just so happens we had potatoes these first 2 Thursdays of this new blog post :)
