Theraflu

I learned an important lesson just now making my Theraflu. I accidentally put my water in for WAY too long in the microwave...and by way too long I mean it was boiling almost over :) I then took it out and put my theraflu in and it bubbled over like a volcano and about 1/3 of the water went all over the counter...BUMMER!! I guess next time I won't heat my water up for so long :)
